On Friday, we spent a large portion of our day practicing identifying noun clauses and looking at how they function within a sentence. I asked you to write 30 vocabulary sentences — one for each word on Glass Castle List 2 — with a noun clause in each. Make sure that you highlight the word, underline the noun clause, and number the sentences, and please submit these through Turnitin.com before Monday’s quiz. Also make certain to complete Vocabulary.com for that list.

I passed out Reading Guide 5 (Glass Castle Reading Guide 5) and I told you that it was due Monday, but upon reflection, let’s make that due on Tuesday. Spread the word among your friends. 🙂
