We began our study of The Count of Monte Cristo today! We started by building some background knowledge on the setting in which the book takes place (cmc-schema-study-guide). Then we watched the Crash Course lesson on the French Revolution:

Homework for tonight and Tuesday is the first reading guide for the novel (cmc-reading-guide-1) – please have this ready to turn in on Wednesday.
