HAPPY SUMMER!

I don’t know if any of you will still be reading this over the break, but I found this really interesting article. The gist of it is that hurricane’s with female names kill more people than those with male names because people think of females as less threatening.

I hope you all are enjoying your break! I leave for Spain on Friday – I’m getting a bit nervous, but I think it’s going to go well. I’ll post some pictures. And I hope that you guys will email me to let me know how your summers are going (echapman@houstonisd.org).
